 Nancy Klett, MPH
Director, Human Resources
Nancy Klett first joined Sigma-Tau
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in April 2000 as a Public Relations Administrator in the
Marketing Department. In September 2001, Nancy became an Employee Relations
Specialist in the Human Resources Department. Nancy returned to Sigma-Tau in
June 2006 as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Director of Human
Resources in January 2008.
In between her time with Sigma-Tau, Nancy worked as a Human Resource Consultant
for The Brookings Institution and as the Director of Human Resources at
MeriStar Hospitality, a real estate investment trust, for three years.
Nancy is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
